I would like to express my profound appreciation of the veterinary service given to my cat Bella recently by Veterinary Surgeon Hattie.

After 48 hours of Bella vomiting, unable to keep her food down, I was very concerned for her but Hattie’s quiet confidence soon put my mind at rest. Thank you so much, Hattie for your prompt diagnosis and treatment. Bella has since recovered and is running around, eating normally and playing with our other cat as if nothing had happened.

Wonderful vets. My cat wasn't eating so rang the Babbacombe vets at 9 am and as I can't travel to another branch they squeezed me in. Ok covid means you can't go inside which is a pain, but the vet was great. I am disabled so the lovely nurse without being asked brought me a chair to sit on straightaway which was a relief! They were very thorough and checked my cat and gave him a couple of tablets to help him eat and a painkiller as his teeth will need attention soon. Very pleased with this service. The only painful bit for me was the cost but hey if you have an animal you have to pay it, They are good value though and the main thing is they really do care about animals.

Thank you to Bay Vets for looking after my baby. From the time i dropped him off the nervous wreck i was they re assured me that he would be ok (not that i thought he wouldnt be) but leaving my boy with someone other than me knowing he was being put to sleep scared the hell out of me. They put me at ease straight away. From the after care advice from the vet (Iris) and the medication and lots of mummy cuddles, my baby is now getting back to his normal self after just 2 days. Thank you thank you thank you for taking such good care of my boy!

I am so grateful to be given the opportunity to extend my grateful thanks to the Vets and all the staff in Bayview Vets in Torquay. The care compassion and professionalism they displayed to my little dog and towards myself as her owner over were without exception the best I have ever been privileged to encounter. Over the years they gave exceptional care and treatment to my dog and the compassion and kindness they afforded me when she sadly had to be put to sleep was outstanding culminating in sending me a card offering their sympathy on her loss. It was a privilege to have the care given by everyone in the practice it is without exception the best vets practice I have ever known. Thank you all for everything

The best vets in the bay! From the vets nurses to the vets nurses, they also support you in difficult times. I've been to many vets in the past and but stayed here for the past 14 years! Well done all of you at this practice for you professional and kind support.

Over the moon with the care my pets received from this vet group. When my cat passed away I received a card in the post from the staff sending their love, which I thought was so lovely and a very caring touch. Lovely and very helpful staff. And unlike some other vets, I feel they don't charge for any unnecessary treatments etc, they're honest and not after anybody's money, just genuinely there to help us and our fur babies

I would just like to say how loving and caring the vets were all through my dogs life up to when he passed away a few weeks ago Thankyou to every one x

The best practice in the bay! We have been at bayview since they opened (warbro road) and everyone there is amazing. The best staff around.. Wouldn't have my babies anywhere else! They are everything you could possibly want from a vets, you can see how much they all love the animals they see, and all incredibly friendly.
