I can not recommend this veterinary practice enough the service and care when sherman went in for castration was amazing .. everyone was so kind and caring, Dan Letch the surgeon was wonderful and so funny....and put us totally at ease..

Always incredibly friendly and excellent service. First time I took Hugo they had to deal with a very distraught and upset human (puppy was loving life with the attention) and put my mind at ease. Always so reassuring and happy to help 🙂
Excellent vet practice!

This was my first visit to this vet and i can only thank them enormously for being so kind and helpful when our spaniel robbie had suddenly become very poorly. They were not my usual vet but were near . Sadly robbie did nit make it but the staff were so kind it made a sad time so much easier. I would highly reccomend. Thankyou again

Due to not being able to go into the vets during this pandemic, the vet came out to my vehicle to collect my little dog. Dan listened to everything I had to say about my dog very patiently and was very kind at the fact he would take care of him as I couldn't go in. I found his manner very kind and gentle and this put me at ease. Excellent service. Thank you very much Bay Vet Group team.

To all the team at Paignton our sincerest thanks for helping us cope with the loss of our Toy Poodle “Denzel” last Tuesday.

I had to get my gorgeous girl Ruby put to sleep on Saturday..and they where amazing..with her ..and me and my partner..cant thank this young team enough..for making it not so traumatic..forever grateful xxxx

My boy was feeling really poorly after eating something, phoned his vets , not interested, so I was so worried thought I would call Bay Vets , brilliant service from start to finish , even in these times . He is doing fine and back home resting , but would like to say thank you to you all , you now have a new patient.🐶🐶

Thank you Chris and team for the excellent care you provided to my rescue cat Alfie. As you know, he is very frightened to the point of aggression at times, and from the initial consultation you were empathic and did your best to reduce his anxiety right through to his blood tests and expert dental procedure yesterday. You even groomed him - thank you! He appears to have made a full recovery and to be very content - thanks again.

Looked after my cat Loki amazingly. He suffered from repeated prolapses they not only were kind and patient with him but also with me and never made me feel silly about ringing up and asking questions about his health and the best way to look after him.

For the all the staff Loki is doing amazing and is still a very affectionate cat

Fantastic vets had to use them last night in an emergency for our 12week old puppy . Chris was superb and so reassuring to us thank you so very much . Can highly recommend them

We’re staying in the area and needed to see a vet urgently. I have to say that this is a brilliant vet practice- the vet and the receptionist were so lovely and kind - thank you so much. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Just wanted to thank you all for your help and compassion, We had to make the heartbreaking decision to put both cats to sleep , 7 weeks apart after they both succumbed to diabetes.

We had to use the Emergency service last night as our dog suffered bloating which can cause death. We came to Paignton from Bristol for a weekend away. Within a couple of hours on arrival we realised our dog needed emergency help. We found the vet and nurse to be absolutely brilliant, professional but caring and friendly. We cannot thank them enough for saving our beautiful Akita. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Your teams (Paignton and Warbro road) had been nothing more than,friendly, supporting, caring and much more that i can`t come with words for it...
Metaxa and Beamish, were a 2 very lucky ladies to have a team like yours, when their need it and i feel reassured that our next family pet will be in good hands if they hever have a need for...

Searched for months to find a vet I could trust to perform dental work on my beloved five year old Havanese rescue, without success. The worry of it was making me ill. Then I found Chris Bamford and I'm so glad I did. He did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. Thank you so much.

My 21 year old cat had some how injured herself and had a large wound needing stitches. I phoned and was seen straight away. Due to her age and needing anaesthetic I was not expecting to see her again. I was devastated as she is also on aspirin for heart issues which is a blood thinner. I cant thank you enough for her coming out alive and taking her home. it has been a week now and she is recovering well. Check up this Sunday was fine. Amazing service with advice given at all times.

Had to make a short notice visit today (Sunday!) With an egg bound budgie, they saw her straight away and were so nice and friendly. The vet was genuinely worried for her and very compassionate. The place was sparkling clean and very modern, very impressed. Not over priced too, especially for a Sunday.

Our dog received treatment on the 15 June 2018 by Chris Bamford. We are highly delighted with the treatment and care she received by Chris and the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this veterinary surgery after poor experiences with others.
